On the other side are the SMEs and independent businesses working tirelessly to grow, create jobs, and turn ambition into reality. These are our clients—the heroes of our story.
Yet too many small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) enter leases on unfavourable terms simply because they don’t have access to the same knowledge, resources, or representation. The complexity of commercial property can leave even the most capable business owners exposed.
